For an hour each Thursday, process your thoughts and express your creativity through the power of words and writing.
Guided by an experienced writing practitioner, you will explore different writing techniques, storytelling, and the power of language to express yourself.
Writing helps clear the mind, recover memories, and put your lived experience into perspective. These sessions will be relaxed and informal, and will give you a number of tools to feel the positive benefit of putting pen to paper, while reducing stress and calming the mind.
No writing experience is necessary.
