Voice Of My Own tells the inspiring true story of Daniel Jillings, the Lowestoft D/deaf teenager who campaigned for the British Sign Language GCSE. From the Suffolk coast to the steps of Parliament, Daniel’s remarkable story is one of courage, resilience and the power of youth to create change.

Join Eastern Angles for this true local story packed full of playful humour, dazzling visuals and thrilling original music and movement.

This brand-new play written by Eloise Pennycott is a universal story of self-discovery and finding your voice in a world full of noise, originating in Suffolk and happening in the 30th anniversary year of the Disability Discrimination Act.

BSL and Captions integrated into the show.
