We are proud to offer a programme of accessible performances across the Norwich Theatre throughout the year, including: Captioned Performances; Signed Performances (British Sign Language); Audio Described Performances with Touch Tours; Dementia Friendly Performances and Relaxed Performances. We are delighted that booking for access performances is now available online using MyTheatre Accessibility Scheme.

Booking online is quick and easy, but you can also book your tickets by phone or in person at our Box Office in Norwich Theatre Royal.

Protect your tickets
When booking your tickets you will be offered the chance to buy ticket protection, for just £2.50 per ticket. Provided by Secure My Booking, it allows you to recoup 100% of the paid ticket price, including service and admin fees, if you are unable to make it to your event for a number of reasons, such as illness, travel delay, adverse weather conditions and more. If a show is cancelled, you will receive a refund for the value of your tickets not the insurance.
