Student Seat Saver Member offers – we’ll add them to this page and share via email. They will usually be available to purchase using the code: SSS2526

Rush Tickets – available up to 48 hours before the performance time. You’ll be alerted to these via email.

Please note that discounts won’t be applied to your basket until you log into the Norwich Theatre account associated with your membership.

Rush Tickets are tickets for shows and events which go on sale at short notice at a significantly reduced rate. But as the same suggests, if there’s an offer that catches your attention you need to be quick as the tickets available as part of the offer are often limited in number.

When you sign up to join the scheme, we ask that you sign up using an official UEA, NUA or CCN email address ending in ‘…ac.uk’.

We will then verify your details and get in touch via the email address you provided if we believe the details you’ve submitted are incorrect. In the event this happens, you will be notified by box office using the email address you initially provided.

You must also be able to present a valid form of student ID for your institution (if asked) when purchasing your tickets via our box office and/or when entering the auditorium.

As part of our mission to make theatre and creative experiences accessible to as many people as possible,  we’ve launched this scheme to help us engage with university students.  We already offer concession prices for those aged under 18 on a wide range of shows and activities. Education ticket rates, which can be purchased directly by Schools, Colleges and Universities are also available on over 50 performances each year. As this scheme is in its first year, we will review how it operates later in the academic year – you can feed back by emailing seatsaver@norwichtheatre.org

1. To become a member of the My Theatre Student Seat Saver scheme you must be over the age of 18 and hold a valid NUS Card for ether the University of East Anglia, Norwich University of the Arts or City College Norwich, or an alternative university, with email ending. AC.UK
2. To sign-up for the scheme you must use a UEA, NUA or City College Norwich email address during the registration process.
3. Your details will be verified by a member of our box office team, usually within 3 working days. If we believe any details are incorrect we reserve the right to cancel your subscription. In the event this happens, you will be notified by box office via the email address you provided and offered the opportunity to reapply using the required email address.
4. Scheme members are limited to booking one ticket for themselves and one additional ticket for a friend per show. The attending friend must also hold a valid student card. You must be able to present a valid form of student ID for your institution (if asked) when purchasing your tickets and/or entering the auditorium.
5. Tickets must be purchased via our website or box office and may not be purchased from any third-party agent.
6. Tickets are only available on selected performances and are subject to availability.
7. Third parties (including parents or guardians) cannot book or pay for tickets on behalf of a student ticket scheme subscriber. However, they can purchase a gift voucher which can then be used to purchase tickets under the scheme.
8. All purchases are in accordance with Norwich Theatre’s General Terms & Conditions.
9. Norwich Theatre reserves the right to cancel your membership to the scheme should you be found to have transferred any tickets purchased under the scheme to another person. If your subscription is cancelled on this basis you will not be permitted to re-apply in future.

11. Norwich Theatre reserves the right to review and amend the Student Seat Saver scheme without prior notice.
12. Norwich Theatre reserves the right to terminate the Student Seat Saver scheme at any time.
13. *All members of the scheme, who have signed up with a correct university email address by 17:00 on 15 October 2025 will be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 Norwich Theatre Voucher. A winner will be picked at random and notified by email within 2 working days of the closing date.
