This Halloween, Norwich Theatre is serving up all treats and zero tricks with the amazing shows going on sale this month. You will have the time of your life with this lineup, which includes dancing drag queens, gripping espionage, a musical inspired by a bedtime classic, and enough comedians to keep you laughing all year long. And yes, we carried the watermelon.
Nobody can put baby in the corner when Dirty Dancing (12 – 16 Jan 27) comes to Norwich Theatre Royal. The live stage show is based on the much-loved movie starring Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey, and features the soundtrack of the film, including ‘Do You Love Me?’, ‘Hungry Eyes’ and the Academy Award-winning ‘(I’ve Had) The Time Of My Life’.
For the first time ever, a novel by John le Carré — the undisputed master of the modern spy genre whose works include Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy and The Night Manager — is brought to life in a thrilling stage adaptation. The Spy Who Came in from the Cold (16 – 20 Jun 26) is a riveting journey through the fog-shrouded terrain of Cold War espionage, deception, and moral compromise. Disillusioned British intelligence officer Alec Leamas is ready to come in from the cold — until veteran agent George Smiley persuades him to take one final mission against the East German Secret Service.
