Select a performance
A day of creative learning with Norwich Theatre for Elected Home Educated children aged 9-13 yrs.
Join Norwich Theatre for a day and explore the incredible story Pig Heart Boy by multi award-winning writer Malorie Blackman OBE, author of Noughts and Crosses.
Watch the brand-new stage adaptation of the book followed by a workshop with theatre practitioner Sophie Utting, looking at how one takes a piece of text from page to stage and the stories themes.
Cameron, a thirteen-year-old boy just wants to be normal – have friends, go to school, and dive to the bottom of his local swimming pool. However, he desperately needs a heart transplant and time is running out. When he’s finally offered a new heart, Cameron must choose how far he’ll go to get his life back.
A show about friendship, loyalty, family and love that will encourage children to think about moral issues and how to overcome setbacks in life.
